The number of students depends on your needs. The smaller the group, the more interactive the talk can be. We are very happy to give a talk to a small classroom of students, just as we are very happy to speak to an auditorium of hundreds of students. Giving us an idea of the number of students when you’re booking a geoscience career talk will help us to plan and prepare accordingly.

Yes, if you’d prefer to have us return to speak with multiple groups, we’re happy to do so. Likewise, we can combine multiple speakers into one slot if that works best for you. Make sure to let us know this in advance, as well as where your school is located and what dates you’re thinking of, so we can get calendars and schedules ready.

We can organise this to suit your needs. Generally, career talks will typically run for around 40 minutes to an hour, including a question and answer section at the end for students to ask their burning questions and get more personal insights.
